🔍 What You Can Do in the Portal

The online borrower portal allows you to:

• View your loan account history, including past payments and transactions
• Access account statements and documents
• Check current loan balances
• Make payments online (available only for loans with regular payments of $20,000 or less)

🔑 How to Access the Portal

Follow these steps to log in:

• Go to https://borrowers.themortgageoffice.com/Default.aspx?CompanyId=ASLI.
• Enter your loan number and password to login.

First Time User or Forgot Password?

• If you forgot your password or this is the first time you are using the portal, then click “Forgot login info”. 
• Then enter your account number and click “Send Reset Link”. 

• A reset email will be sent to your email on file. Follow the “Reset Your Password” link. Once you have saved a new password, you will be able to login.

🗃️ Navigating the Dashboard

Once logged in, you’ll see your account dashboard. From here, you can:

• View recent transactions under “History”
  • You may also export history.

• Download statements under “Documents”

• Check your current balance at the bottom of the screen

💳 Making a Payment (If Eligible)

If your loan qualifies for online payments (regular payment structure and $20,000 or less):

• Click on the “Make a Payment” button.

• Enter the required information.
• Choose your payment method. Only EFT (bank transfer) and debit cards are accepted.
• Confirm the payment details and submit.

💳 Other Payments
